As a setting, we promote Healthy Eating by encouraging children to have a varied diet. We've put together some ideas to help you help us.

Top Tips for Success

  • Include a drink (we suggest water)
  • Don't forget a spoon, if required for yoghurt
  • Make substitutions as desired but don't overfill
  • Remember that high protein foods will help children stay fuller for longer
  • Putting food in containers helps to keep them fresh
  • Add a freezer pack to the lunch bag to keep it cold until lunchtime
  • We are a nut free setting, so no nut products please
